Richard qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1987 and following extensive postgraduate education mainly in restorative dentistry, he completed the Certificate in Implant Dentistry on the world renowned intensive 18 month One to One Implant course at the University of Sheffield in 2005.
Further more advanced courses have followed by the top clinicians in Europe in more hard and soft tissue manipulation involving bone grafting and aesthetics. To date, he has successfully placed and restored over 350 implants and is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology. Richard has also been a trainer dentist for the last 8 years and In recognition of his experience and abilities, Richard was elected as a mentor for Nobel Biocare last year.
Outside dentistry, Richard likes to spend time with his wife and three boys and when time allows enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and since hanging up his boots, likes to watch Rugby!
