Bottom left back two teeth replaced with two implants and two crowns with a third crown attached to the tooth which is third from back

Smile restored with a sinus lift, implants and crowns- implant and crown at upper right lateral incisor, lower front 4 teeth replaced with 2 implants and a fixed 4 unit bridge, upper right 2nd premolar and first molar replaced with 2 implant and crowns following a sinus lift 9 months previously. Other heavily restored and discoloured teeth had crowns placed
